Pecheles Automotive was founded by Joe and Elma Pecheles in July of 1965 with the opening of Joe Pecheles Volkswagen. In 1981, their son, Brian Pecheles, joined the group. Since then, Pecheles Automotive has grown from one dealership to six, with locations in Greenville (Volkswagen, Audi and Hyundai) Washington (Ford and Toyota) and New Bern, NC (Honda). 

Our values are underpinned by the belief that our success is limited to the success of the people and the communities we serve. This explains why we are constantly growing by reinvesting in our people, our facilities, and the community - we are proud of our past and ever mindful of our future.

Our History

1965 - Joe and Elma Pecheles open Joe Pecheles Volkswagen in Greenville, NC 

1981 - Brian Pecheles joins Pecheles Automotive Group

1988 - Audi Greenville joins Pecheles Automotive Group in Greenville, NC 

1991 - Joe Pecheles Hyundai joins Pecheles Automotive Group in Greenville, NC 

2000 - Pecheles Toyota and Pecheles Ford join Pecheles Automotive Group in Washington, NC
 
2010 - Pecheles Honda joins Pecheles Automotive Group in New Bern, NC
